Christopher Ters is a Partner at Ters Legal. Christopher is experienced in a number of areas of law including Environmental & Planning Law, Local Government and Property Law. He is highly regarded by his clients for his level of experience and professionalism.
Christopher has acted for a range of clients including individual home owners, private developers, architects, town planners, certifiers, corporations and Local Government councils, whilst achieving successful results. He has dealt with cases across all Courts and Tribunals including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, District Court, Local Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
