Your agreement with us
In these Terms of Use, a reference to “we” and “us” means Nationwide Law Group Pty Ltd t/as Ters Legal (ABN 15 661 600 559) (Ters Legal). A reference to “you” or “your” in these Terms is a reference to any person, accessing, reviewing or using the Ters Legal website currently located at www.terslegal.com.au (Ters Legal Website).
By using or accessing the Ters Legal Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms of Use).
Ters Legal is the trading name of Nationwide Law Group Pty Ltd ABN 15 661 600 559. Nationwide Law Group Pty Ltd is a corporation and not a partnership. Liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation and at law. All legal practitioners employed by Nationwide Law Group Pty Ltd (including those described as partners) are members of the scheme.
What the Ters Legal Website does
The purpose of the Ters Legal Website is to provide you with information about Ters Legal’s culture, employees and the legal services we provide. On occasion we may also provide portal services for clients to access information.
